How do I earn points?
It's simple - you can earn points with every purchase simply by signing up. The more you spend, the more benefits you are eligible for and points you can earn per purchase.
How do I redeem points?
You must first log in and then you may redeem your points at checkout. You may only apply points accrued from a previous purchase – so you cannot use the same points you are earning in the same transaction, they may be used on future orders only. Points may only be used in pre-specified increments.
Where can I see my points?
You may log in to see your available points at BerneApparel.com/pages/Rewards – your points will also show up when checking out if you are logged in.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
Your points will be returned. If they are not adjusted properly, please reach out to customer service so we can help: help@berneapparel.com
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 365 days from purchase.
Can I use my points along with other discounts?
Points cannot be stacked on top of other discounts or promotions, e.g. you cannot use your points during Black Friday sales.
