Easy Returns

Ordered the wrong size? You have 90 days to return your item for a refund, as long as it's in its original condition: unwashed, unworn and free of dirt or stains.

Need a different size or color?

We're happy to help! We don't do direct exchanges, but you can return your original item and place a new order for the size or color you want. Call 888-77-BERNE or email Help@berneapparel.com, and once your new order is placed we'll send you a free prepaid return label for the original.

Returns for a Refund

Before shipping your return, contact us for a Return Authorization Number at 888-77-BERNE or Help@berneapparel.com. Then choose a shipping option:

• Use our prepaid UPS label: We'll email you a label, and a $10 return shipping fee comes out of your refund.
• Ship it yourself: Send your item with any carrier, at your cost, to Berne Apparel Company, 2501 E 850 N, Ossian, IN 46777.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return, or 5 to 7 business days during peak season. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Eligible returns within 90 days receive a refund. Eligible returns between 91 and 180 days receive a Berne gift card.

Received an incorrect or defective item?

Call 888-77-BERNE or email Help@berneapparel.com. We'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible and send a free prepaid return label.
