Re-Orders: For purchases made during our Black Friday Sale from November 27, 2024, to December 2 2024, returns requiring re-orders due to sizing and/or color issues are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date, after which our standard return policy applies.
Shipping: For all orders placed during our black Friday sale, we will honor the original free shipping discount of orders that qualified for free shipping. All orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply.
Black Friday Code Usage: The Black Friday code provided is applicable only to orders made during the Black Friday Sale. This code is exclusive to the items purchased within our Black Friday sale timeframe.
Restrictions on Orders: Please note that we cannot accept additional add-ons to orders outside the original purchase made during the Black Friday Sale.
Inventory is subject to change.

Place your order by December 16th at 11:30 AM to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST Monday through Friday will not be eligible for Next Day shipping. These orders will be delivered on the following business day.
For example: If you place an order at 12:30 p.m. EST on a Tuesday, it will not qualify for Next Day shipping. Instead, your order will be delivered on Thursday.

- Next Day Air Orders: To ensure delivery by Friday, please place your order by Thursday, 11:00 AM EST.
- 2-Day Air Orders: For delivery by Friday, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST on Wednesday.
Please be aware that Berne Apparel does not ship or deliver on weekends.

How do I return an item?

If you ordered the wrong item or would like to return an item for some other reason, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-77-BERNE, or orders@bernedirect.com, and provide your name, order number, email and phone number. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for you to ship the merchandise back to us.
There are two options for return shipping.
Option 1: We provide a return mailing label for $10
We will email you a return mailing label, and you just print off the label, re-package the product and attach the label to the outside of the box. Then you can drop it off at your local UPS Office. We do charge a flat rate of $10 to cover postage and handling on the returned item. This will be deducted from your refund once we receive the return.
Option 2: You handle return shipping
If you would like to avoid the $10 charge, you can ship the product to the address below at your own expense. We'll inspect the returned product and issue a refund.

Please note that we will only accept returns that have a Return Authorization Number. Please note that returned garments must be in original condition to receive a refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned garment, we will issue a refund.

If you received an item you did not order, please call 888-77-BERNE or email orders@bernedirect.com. We will promptly issue a return address label and get the correct item shipped out to you, and we will cover the cost of the postage and handling for both the replacement and the return of the original.

Though we take quality extremely seriously and maintain rigorous quality standards, a rare event may occur in which a defective product reaches your doorstep. If it does, call 888-77-BERNE or email orders@bernedirect.com and we will work with you on getting the damaged product returned and a replacement item sent out. And, of course, we will cover the cost of the postage and handling for both.

Our objective is to ensure that all returns are processed within three business days subsequent to the receipt of the item. Please be advised that during the peak holiday season, processing times may extend beyond the standard period, potentially ranging between three to five business days.

Here at Berne, we work hard to ensure you get the best quality workwear. We stand behind the performance of our apparel and promise that, subject to normal use, our garments will be free of manufacturing defects for one full year from purchase.
Despite rigorous quality control protocols, defects do occasionally occur. If you receive a garment that does not live up to our standards, please contact us immediately at 888-77-BERNE, or orders@bernedirect.com, and we will repair or replace the item. Our warranty does not cover garments that have been misused or abused, modified with embroidery, decorated, or otherwise altered.

Refunds for returns will be on a Berne Apparel gift card if the return is initiated after 90 days from the date of purchase. Items are not eligible for return after 180 days from the date of purchase.
