Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping with us during our Black Friday Sale! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:

  1. Sale Period:
    The sale begins Monday, November 25th, at 7:00 AM EST and ends Monday, December 2nd, at 11:59 PM EST.

  2. Promotional Code:
    Customers must use the promotional code provided via email or SMS on Monday, November 25th, at 7:00 AM EST. The code is valid at any time during the promotional period and requires no minimum order value.

  3. Discount Restrictions:

    • Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers or Berne Reward Points.
    • Promotional codes are valid for one-time use per customer and are non-transferable.

  4. Free Shipping:
    Free shipping is available for orders over $100 after discounts have been applied. This offer is valid for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.

  5. Free Gift:
    Orders exceeding $100 in value (post-discount) will receive a complimentary gift: SK104BRN.

  6. Limited Stock Availability:
    Offers are valid while supplies last. Berne Apparel reserves the right to limit quantities per customer or cancel orders due to inventory constraints.

  7. Exclusions:
    Certain items may be excluded from the promotion. Please check individual product pages for exclusions.

  8. Non-Refundable Promotional Items:
    Items purchased during the Black Friday sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  9. Order Adjustments:
    Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after the promotional period.

  10. Delayed Shipping:
    Due to high demand during the promotional period, please allow extra time for order processing and shipping.

  11. Gift Card Exclusions:
    Discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

  12. Fraud Prevention:
    Berne Apparel reserves the right to cancel orders that are deemed fraudulent or that violate the terms of the promotion.

  13. Eligibility Requirements:
    This promotion is valid for retail customers only. Wholesale or bulk orders are not eligible for discounts.

  14. Expiration of Offers:
    Black Friday discounts will expire on Monday, December 2nd, at 11:59 PM EST and will not be honored after this date.
