Great customer service

"By mistake ordered the wrong size. Called customer service immediately to correct my order to the right size. Without any hesitation the customer rep understood what I wanted and within ten minutes everything was straightened out. . with an email to confirm the correction. Just received my new winter coat and am extremely pleased with it. The fit is great and it feels really warm. The fit and quality are great. The delivery time was fast. Look forward to ordering from Berne in the future. Once again I am extremely pleased with the customer service representative who took care of me. She was fantastic in her attitude and professionalism in making sure my order was corrected and that I would be happy with my purchase. Again great customer service."

Good but.

"The Jacket is very warm, and comfortable. It works great in inclement weather conditions. The only issue is the zipper, it catches on loose material on the inside of the jacket. Once it is zipped it is difficult to get undone. I hope that they will improve the zipper."
