Items incorrectly priced

"Wanted to order another jacket but unfortunately the pricing is not consistent because the website is not properly monitored. The jacket is marked at one price , then when you go to order it becomes 15$ more. It is there mistake having the jacket not properly priced and unfortunately Berne will not honor the price. It is not the consumer’s fault the website is poorly managed. Anyway Berne use to produce good quality affordable work wear, but unfortunately that has changed. They are just price matching the competitors to maximize their profits like every other company. The truth is these companies do not care about the working man, but only about their profits"

Just an ok jacket

"The jacket is pretty warm but I hate the hand pockets. You think for the price of this jacket you could have put some kinda lining in the pockets. I have a jacket that's made in China that has lining in the hand pockets and it really helps to keep my hands warm where as yours don't and it was $30 cheaper. . . . . . kinda sad I think."

Berne’s customer service and return

"Berne’s customer service and return handling are unacceptable. I received my order, tried the items on once indoors, and two items did not fit. I immediately repacked them and returned them in the condition they arrived in. I kept two other items from the order. Berne has received the returned items, but they are refusing to issue my refund for those returned items. Worse, they are also refusing to send the items back to me. So at this point, Berne has the returned merchandise and my money for it. I followed the basic rules any customer would follow: try on, return what doesn’t fit, keep what does. Berne’s response has been to keep everything and leave me with no resolution. If you value a company that honors returns and treats customers fairly, I do not recommend Berne."
