Berne’s customer service and return

"Berne’s customer service and return handling are unacceptable. I received my order, tried the items on once indoors, and two items did not fit. I immediately repacked them and returned them in the condition they arrived in. I kept two other items from the order. Berne has received the returned items, but they are refusing to issue my refund for those returned items. Worse, they are also refusing to send the items back to me. So at this point, Berne has the returned merchandise and my money for it. I followed the basic rules any customer would follow: try on, return what doesn’t fit, keep what does. Berne’s response has been to keep everything and leave me with no resolution. If you value a company that honors returns and treats customers fairly, I do not recommend Berne."

"First and last time I ever do business woth Berne. Size and fit is not accurate and they have the worst return process I have ever dealt with. Been over a month and still no refund in site."

Didn't last more than a month

"Have been buying this brand for about 5 years and on the last order I tried a different style of overalls. They were very comfortable. The sizing was a bit small compared to the other ones I had purchased through Berne. I ordered two pairs and the first lasted only one week before they ripped on the side. The next pair last about three weeks longer before they ripped in the same spot. Very disappointing"

"took advantage of the vintage bib sale, bought 1duck, 1 light denim, 1 washed denim and could not be more pleased with all 3.the duck has a broken in feel and very comfortable yet sturdy, that goes for the denim as well. great pockets, shoulder straps that stay up, not slip.quality zippers, snaps, buttons and a watch pocket that i actually use for my pocket watch. even without the sale these garments come with more quality and a better price point than your work clothing competitors , and they last, as a loyal customer of your products i remain. keep up the good work."
