Berne’s customer service and return
"Berne’s customer service and return handling are unacceptable. I received my order, tried the items on once indoors, and two items did not fit. I immediately repacked them and returned them in the condition they arrived in. I kept two other items from the order. Berne has received the returned items, but they are refusing to issue my refund for those returned items. Worse, they are also refusing to send the items back to me. So at this point, Berne has the returned merchandise and my money for it. I followed the basic rules any customer would follow: try on, return what doesn’t fit, keep what does. Berne’s response has been to keep everything and leave me with no resolution. If you value a company that honors returns and treats customers fairly, I do not recommend Berne."
