"Just purchased this coat and cannot wait for winter again! It's everything I was looking for nice and long to keep the elements out, but not long enough to impede sitting. Absolutely love the army green color. It looks and feels functional and practical, but has feminine touches like the quilting."
"This is my third jacket from BERNE and I love it. The outer layer is awesome for ranch work — hay and dried dirt brush right off, and it’s wind and water resistant. It’s also been super warm, and I feel like it would be perfect for a snow day too. I really appreciate that the inside is not fleece or Sherpa lined, so hay and debris don’t get stuck in it, but the pockets are fleece-lined to keep my hands warm. The fit is the most true-to-size compared to my other BERNE jackets, though it’s a little snug in the shoulders for me. Length and sleeves are perfect and I love the cuffed wrists. Overall, another great jacket from BERNE!"
"This is a pretty good coat with a few flaws. The exterior pockets are completely horizontal instead of slanting downwards. This means it is very easy for items to fall out of the pockets when I move around. I have lost papers, my sunglasses, and my phone multiple times. These are items I want to have easy access to, not placed in the interior pockets or with the snaps closed. Also, the zipper is made of plastic and feels very cheap. Berne coats and bibs I have bought in the past have had a heavy duty metal zipper, which felt much more durable. Additionally, the coat was not offered in size small tall. I had to choose between medium tall or small regular. I purchased medium tall, but I wish I would have went with small regular, but I would have had to pay additional shipping costs to switch sizes. The coat seems durable and very warm and I like the extra pockets on the inside to hold additional items. For the price I paid I wish the exterior pockets were better designed, the zipper was higher quality, and the sizing options were more inclusive."
"I’m honestly obsessed. It’s a deep green with this lighter green stitching detail that makes it so unique I love that contrast. It’s lightweight but still really functional, so it’s perfect for fall and spring. The buttons are one of my favorite parts because you can open or close it in seconds without fully zipping it up. The designer truly outdid themselves on this one the color is stunning and it’s just a beautiful coat overall."
"What i like about the jacket is the pockets inside those are great, the jacket is warm and mostly comfortable. Wearing it as a to go out coat it would keep you warm and doesnt let the wind through it. i like how far it will zip up if needed. Now what i dont like is it seems to run small if you want to add layers to it, the sleeves get tight. For reference i am only 5'3 and 110lbs and this is a medium, i should of had more room in it. The sleeves are to short and should really be longer if its going to be one you work in. I also dont like how it seems to buldge out in front making one look bigger then it is. But all and all its a very warm coat that seems better as a casual winter coat vs a working in winter coat."
"I was a little nervous ordering a pink coat, but it was the perfect shade of muted pink. The quilt like stitching on the shoulders gives it a farm-like feel and there's buttons on the side so I can unsnap them and sit comfortably, especially while driving."
"Love the color of this coat and the sherpa lined hood keeps your ears extra warm! I am a size medium and it fits true to size plus there is still room to wear a sweatshirt underneath for extra warm. As someone who has long arms the sleeves are a tad short for me but still wearable with having the ribbed cuffs attached to them ! Still my new favorite coat!"
"This coat is great for when I'm outside feeding the calves on chilly days. It is well insulated, and the hood is very soft. The arms and torso are a good length in the regular size for my shorter frame. A size small still leaves me room to wear a sweatshirt underneath. I love that it has pockets on the outside and inside!"
