Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 11/01/2023 through 12/11/2023 until 11:59 PM EDT.
Berne Apparel Credit Delivery: Those eligible for Berne Apparel Credit will receive it via email sent to the email address associated with the order. This will take place between 12/12/2023 and 12/26/2023.
Nature of Berne Apparel Credit: Please note that Berne Apparel Credit is not legal tender and no cash back will be provided.
Earning Berne Apparel Credit: Customers can earn a $25 Berne Apparel Credit voucher by spending $200 in a single transaction within the stated promotion period. The amount eligible for the Berne Apparel Credit is calculated after all relevant discounts have been deducted and before tax is added. Purchases of Gift Cards and seat covers are excluded from this promotion and will not count towards the spending requirement.
Redeeming Berne Apparel Credit: The promotional voucher can be redeemed for merchandise only and must be applied to orders that exceed the face value of the Berne Apparel Credit. This voucher can be used on BerneApparel.com and at Berne Apparel stores from 12/12/2023 through 12/26/2023. This voucher cannot be combined with other offers during its valid redeem window.
Exclusions: Berne Apparel Credit cannot be used for (1) purchasing Gift Cards, (2) price adjustments on previous purchases, (3) settling any third-party account balances, or (4) covering service fees, including taxes and shipping.
Returns & Adjustments: If items purchased using the Berne Apparel Credit are returned or have their prices adjusted, the value of the voucher and/or the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect the unearned Credit value. The return value of items purchased with a Berne Apparel Credit may also be adjusted based on these conditions.
Transfer & Limitations: The voucher is strictly nontransferable. Only one voucher is allowed per household.
